AI + code + strategy

Hi, I'm Alejandro. 👋

I’m 17 years old and dedicated to solving complex problems using Artificial Intelligence and code. Currently, I run Viron Global Solutions and train professionals as a master’s degree teacher. Here I document what I learn, what I build, and the mistakes I make along the way.

I learned to write code before I learned to fit in. Turns out that different way of thinking was never the problem - it was the engine.

Chapter 01 How I work

The way I work

The model I stand behind, and why.

01

Results, not hours

I don't measure work in hours sat in front of a screen. I measure it in problems solved. An afternoon that actually fixes something is worth more than a week of being present.

02

The person first

Behind every delivery there's someone with a life, a bad day and a limit. A burnt-out team doesn't deliver better: it delivers less, and worse. Looking after people isn't the soft part of the business, it is the business.

03

The truth before the easy answer

If something can't be done in the timeframe I'm given, I say so on day one. I'd rather lose a project than deliver a lie, late.

04

Learning in public

I share what I learn and also what I break. The second one is what actually helps somebody who's starting out.

Chapter 02 What nobody tells you

Nobody warns you about this part

Founding a company as a minor.

I started my company at sixteen. The hard part wasn't the code, or finding clients: it was everything else.

Being an emancipated minor means you legally can, but almost nobody around you is ready to treat you as what you are. I walked into several banks with the project under my arm, and the conversation always ended in the same place: come back when you're eighteen.

CaixaBank was the only one that didn't close the door. Someone there decided to look at the project instead of my date of birth. That decision is the reason Viron exists today.

I tell this because if you're in that situation there are two things worth knowing: you will be told no many times, and it only takes one person saying yes.

You will be told no many times. It only takes one person saying yes.

Chapter 03 Who with

Nobody gets there alone

Family and environment.

You can have the idea, the code and the discipline, and still sink if you come home to a house where nobody asks how you are.

My family and the people close to me don't write a single line of code, but they hold up everything else. Your environment isn't an accessory to the story: it's the infrastructure everything later gets built on.

If you're starting out, protect that before revenue. It's the one thing a good run can't win back.

Why success is useless if you travel alone

At sixteen I signed my company into existence in the morning. That same night I couldn't sleep.

From the outside the story tells itself: a teenager starts a company, teaches on a master's programme, and negotiates with clients twice his age. From the inside there's insomnia, a home coming apart, and a very specific feeling of being alone in a room full of achievements.

This book is that second part. The one that doesn't fit in a two-line bio.

You won't find three steps or a formula. You'll find a mind capable of holding an inhuman level of focus that didn't know how to switch it off, and a bill that arrived late and in full. And the thing it took me far too long to understand: an empty race car doesn't win the only race that matters.

  • → A dizzying journey from depression to success as a teenager
  • → The other side of getting there: what it costs to do it all alone
  • → Founder mindset from age 16
